P90-TREX Week II
Today is day twelve. I've taken one day off of training, rotating between hikes and outdoor stuff to kettle bell/palates work-outs. If you want to do something insane, try this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRpbM9nzDcM
I've been doing a mix of these exercises and core exercises; pretty intense for about an hour and fifteen minutes.
Yesterday I hiked about four miles with a 50 pound pack. It was post-holing the entire way with a half inch crust and even though the snow was only about a foot deep in most spots, it was still a good couple hour work-out with the up and down. I don't have a scale here, which is probably a good thing but I'm heading to town today and might have to find one.
The weather has been nice for the most part so maybe I'll get Cutter out in the boat soon and see how bad of an ass-kicking the Mo can give.
