I was talking to a buddy/outfitter last night about doing a few days for him this summer and he asked me where I was working for the winter. Well, "I'm not," was the first thing that came to me. The reality is, is that I'm not working per se but I am trying to keep busy and music is something that I can focus on now. It gets a little neglected in the summer with how busy I am and it's something I not only enjoy but is also a bit therapeutic.
This Saturday I was asked to play at the Lewis and Clark Brewery. It's my first paying gig in a while and I'm more than happy to be performing again. It should be a great time as I dust off some of my stuff and some of my favorite covers including songs from the Beatles, Stones, Edwin McCain and even a few surprises from the 80's.
Come on down if you're in the area. The show starts at 6pm.
Keep 'em where they live...
