Canyon Ferry is still at 81%, what's coming into the reservoir is down a couple thousand cfs since last week and we're not getting the spring precipitation they predicted so the word on the street is that the Missouri below Holter Dam is going to be dropping significantly soon.
As for the river, the sentiment I've heard is that it was nice to get a pretty good flush and when it drops, fish should start coming up. If you're willing to nymph-fish, it's been really good but the Missouri is known for more than just chasing bobbers so this should help. As for me, I tied up dozens of worms yesterday before I heard they were talking about dropping the Mo so they will probably be stock piled for next year...
