Yep. We were throwing hoppers up at the dam last night because EVERYONE decided to head downstream to throw them. This is Jeff with his first ever, Missouri River brown trout. In fact, I'm not sure if he's ever really caught a trout on a fly before...and on a hopper!
This was Avery's first fish to the net the day before. Pretty awesome way to welcome an angler to the Missouri.
Keep 'em where they live...
