Blue Skies and PMDs

PMD's are already here! I know, it seems a little early for those folks that have been fishing out here a while but every year the water seems to be getting warmer a couple weeks sooner, which makes the hatches shift.

This is Larry with a great bow he got on a compara-dun yesterday. Fish were happy eating in the sun but the hatches can be a bit short-lived. Figure out the stage of the bug in the hatch and you've won half the battle--but only half the battle. These fish are spooky in the sun so you've got to be on your best behavior and chose your bug wisely.

Please check out the link below and listen to us on the way to the river for more info on the fishing and more stories from the river.
