I finished up the guide season the other day in style. Carol, one of my favorite clients, and her new fishing partner, Barbara got things going right before lunch with a double and then took advantage of some pretty good fishing until about 4 pm. Water is cold. Bugs need time to get moving and fish need a little energy to wake up.
