Mix a pound of burger, hopefully elk burger with:
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
crumbled crackers
a couple Tbsp BBQ sauce
Tbsp or two of Dijon mustard
a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
onion powder
Grill those bad boys or use an iron skillet to medium. Toast a bun and then top with cheddar cheese, mayo, and here's the kicker; mango chutney. You can also use pineapple/habanero salsa from Costco. This shit is legit.
