The Frozen Tundra

The cool thing about guiding is all the time off in the winter. The shitty thing is all the time off in the winter. I'm not totally bored yet because I've been traveling around seeing friends and family. Fortunately, I have enough family that nobody gets too sick of me before I head on down the road to see someone else. This last week I took a trip to my cousin's near Green Bay, WI. We met at Lambeau Field for a beer and wings before heading to his place near Manitowac. (You gotta love those Chippewa Nation names.) Lambeau is truly one of the great places to watch a football game. I've been fortunately enough to see a couple there but even when the lights are low and there isn't a game being played, it's still a cool place to see.
