Izaak's is open again for the 2012 season and fortunately I was in the right place at the right time for some beer tasting and wings. I'm incredibly pleased to hear that they will be offering some of my favorite Lewis and Clark beers. I also want to say a big, "Holy Shit!" to Chef John's wings. I'm telling you, they are the absolute best wings I've ever tasted. But it doesn't stop there because John will be offering similarly fabulous food from the smoker all summer long. It's crazy good stuff.
Come on out to Craig for some great fishing and great food.
