Check it out. Two of the three generations of Frank's with a double yesterday. The wind was howling and the water was still 21,700 cfs coming out of the dam but we were still getting 'em.
The only reports I've heard is although a bit dicey, putting in at the dam and floating the upper can produce fish. I've been going down low but I haven't hear anything good about the canyon. I would imagine it's raging through there and finding the water where fish are holding would be tough.
Another day...keep 'em where they live.
