I was on the Blackfoot yesterday. Early, early mornings to make the drive. I don't have a raft so I took my drift boat. In August, it's VERY rare to be able to float the Blackfoot with a hard boat. There were definitely a few dicey spots but the boat is still in one piece...although, one drop that I took felt like it was ripping in half.
It fished ok. Fish were on hoppers. The catching sucked.
Keep 'em where they live...
