Nice Work Gage

John LaRue and I took his boys up to Belt to Bruce Keaster's ranch Sunday. Gage took this this mulie buck as our master plan came to fruition.

Johnny and I walked the perimeter of the section getting to the top of the drainage thinking we could push something by John and Gage. They hung out for about 2 1/2 hours on the top of the ridge looking down into the coulee with about 40 mph winds whipping in their face the entire time. It had to have been cold for them but they stuck it out and got the pay-off. Nice work boys.

Johnny had a couple opportunities as well but just couldn't seal the deal. He'll get his chances though. We still have time.

Keep 'em where they live...
