The water is still high, around 8700cfs coming out of the dam but fish are starting to look up again. It's been a dry spell for the DFO's but this big old brown is testament of good things to come. Donny V, one of my favorites to fish with over the years, put his caddis imitation right where you'd expect a pig to be hanging out and the dealer said, "Pay the man!" Nice work Donny.
